 Mar-Car, Inc. Mar-Car, Inc. has been in operation since 1957 and current President, Shane Carson since 1980. Mar-Car, Inc. has presented WoO events from 1980 to present, Spring and Summer, and is in good standings with the community and the World of Outlaw organization. Tuesday, June 24th is the make-up date for the World of Outlaws event, which will include two A features. The Oklahoma City Fairgrounds Speedway has a capacity of 10,000 and is located in the center of the metro area. 100 mile radius population is 2.5 million. The Fairgrounds Speedway is ideal for televised races as the competition pit area is on the outside of the speedway, very rare on the WoO circuit. Oklahoma City events are well covered by the media.
